Draft new job descriptions for all positions, including developing job families. Job descriptions will be ADA compliant and will also include FLSA classification, reporting relationship, job summary and details.

Engage in market research and data trends in order to empower HR with salary and benefit recommendations which maximize talent acquisition and retention.

EOP Consulting

Assists in addressing skill gaps in the prospective workforce by implementing programs encouraging employers to nurture prospective employees in pertinent skillsets prior to onboarding.

Internal Diversity & Inclusion Support

Acts as a resource to HR in all internal matters relating to DEI in every stage of a company’s DEI efforts, from onboarding to workplace disputes and promotion policies or whatever else may arise through dynamic counsel.

Vendor/Supplier Diversity Initiatives

Researches, conducts outreach towards, and establishes relationships with diverse suppliers and vendors on behalf of companies in order to foster relationships with minority, women, and veteran owned small businesses.
